  cold joints, adding new loads and cutting new penetrations
• Evaluate the repair options available if problems arise

About the presenter, Jay Thomas:

Mr. Thomas is Vice President for Structural Preservation Systems and has 26 years of experience in projects involving structural repair, strengthening, and protection of concrete and steel in public, commercial and industrial facilities. He is an active member of ACI committees 440 (FRP) and ACI 437 (Strength Evaluation) and a member of the International Concrete Repair Institute (ICRI).
